The State of Qatar took part in the 10th edition of the Belt and Road Summit, hosted in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, under the theme: "Collaborate for change, Shape a shared future".

HE Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al-Thani took part on Thursday in the “Qatar Vision 2030” session at Asian Leaders conference in Hong Kong, organized by Goldman Sachs.

HE Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari opened a dedicated session on Qatar National Vision 2030, held as part of the Asia Leaders Conference organized by Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong. The event brought together an elite group of decision-makers, business leaders, and investors from across Asia and around the world.

Qatar Museums opened 'Wonders of Imperial Carpets: Masterpieces from the Museum of Islamic Art, Doha', at the Hong Kong Palace Museum (HKPM) in the People's Republic of China on Wednesday. On view from 18 June to 6 October 2025 at the Hong Kong Palace Museum, the exhibition is the first in Hong Kong to present such a comprehensive study of Islamic imperial carpets and the broader artistic exchanges that have taken place across regions for centuries.

Qatar Chamber signed on Monday five Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the Hong Kong Investment Authority, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and the Hong Kong Banking Association.
