The "Go Hong Kong" app enables eligible frequent visitors to Hong Kong to complete e-Channel enrolment conveniently through their smartphones before travelling to Hong Kong, thereby saving time and facilitating a smoother arrival experience. The service is intended for eligible visitors aged 18 or above who hold a valid designated electronic travel document and, where applicable, a multiple visit visa, have no adverse record in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and have visited Hong Kong via Hong Kong International Airport at least twice in the preceding 24 months at the time of enrolment. Upon successful enrolment and activation, visitors may use the e-Channel service for faster and more convenient immigration clearance. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must:

• Be aged 18 or above.
• Hold a valid designated electronic travel document (and multiple visit-visa where applicable).
• Have no adverse record in Hong Kong.
• Have visited Hong Kong via the Airport at least twice in the past 24 months.

Enrolment Steps:

1. Plan Arrival: Enter your email and expected arrival date (within 3 months) in the app.
2. Scan Passport: Scan the photo page of your passport and read the electronic chip.
3. Verify Identity: Complete facial verification and submit your application.
4. Receive Result: Check the app or your email for approval results.
5. Arrive & Use: Enter Hong Kong on or before your expected arrival date to activate and use the e-Channel.

• Applications are normally processed within 24 hours (further verification may take longer).
• Enrolment is valid for 2 years and automatically extended upon subsequent entry under applicable conditions.
