H.E. MR. Mohammed Bin Sultan AL-Kuwari, The Consul General of the State of Qatar in Hong Kong has assumed his duties as of November 2018.
Prior to his assignment to Hong Kong, His Excellency was a member of the Qatari Diplomatic mission to the United Nation, and has worked for the Qatari embassy in Buenos Aires(Argentina)
