Qatar's Commitment to Respectful Dialogue to Resolve all problems and crises.

Doha, January 06 (QNA) - In their Sunday's editorial, Al-Raya and Al-Sharq newspapers affirmed Qatar's firm position on resolving differences on the basis of mutual respectful dialogue.

The two newspapers noted the assertions made by HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani on the importance of upholding the dialogue based on mutual interests and respect, pointing out that this is a renewal of the firm stances that the State of Qatar has committed to solving all problems and crises, including the Gulf crisis, which will only be resolved through dialogue and the unconditional lifting of the unjust blockade imposed against Qatar.

For its part, Al-Raya said that HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs' affirmation that Qatar is continuing its march to be a model and hope for the Arab world, based on the union of its honest and wise leadership and the true collective will.

The paper added that Qatari people, under their wise leadership, will spare no effort to preserve their achievements, and that the traitors must realize this fact that Qatar is going on its march to renaissance and will not turn back.

It explained that fabricating crises and creating an imaginary enemy, as HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani said, was not an effective policy in the Arab region, and what the Arab region needs today is the true development of peoples and dialogue based on common interests and mutual respect, not political adolescence which will only lead to the creation of crises and fragmentation of joint efforts and distract people.

Al-Raya called for resolving the crises in the region by dialogue, considering that dialogue is the starting point and the point of completion in this difficult time, and it bridges the gap between the parties. Hence, Qatar is committed to dialogue to resolve crises in the region, including the Gulf crisis, which will only be solved by lifting the unjust blockade on it and engaging in substantive and serious dialogue without preconditions.

Al-Raya concluded saying that Qatar's commitment to the dialogue assures the success of its open diplomacy to the world, which has succeeded in solving many crises in the region, and emphasizes its regional and international standing as it is now working to support and develop its relationship with various countries of the world after it succeeded in creating strategic partnerships with European, Asian and African countries.

Al-Sharq newspaper said that HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani's call for dialogue based on mutual respect summarizes Qatar's consistent approach to resolve the Gulf crisis.

Despite twenty months have passed since the blockade imposed on Qatar, the blockading countries failed to prove any accusation against Qatar and have been involved in several regional crises, including the continuation of the war in Yemen without an exit strategy as well as the regional adventures carried out by these countries in Africa.

The paper noted what HE the Foreign Minister said that fabricating crises and creating an imaginary enemy was not an effective policy, especially in this region which needs today the true development and preservation of the rights of our peoples, as well as the use of the capabilities of our nations rather than distracting people from their work with artificial crises and trying to deceive them with imaginary victories.

The Gulf crisis proved that leaders of the blockading countries have no clear horizon, as they are moving from crisis to another and what has been done against Qatar is being planned against other countries, the paper said, pointing out that this affirms that the blockading countries are threats to regional security and instability in the Gulf region which has oil wealth that makes its stability important for the international community.

Al-Sharq concluded by saying that the Foreign Minister's statement reflected the reality of the Gulf region due to the continuation of the unjustifiable blockade, stressing that the international community should intervene to put an end to this crisis and stop the repressive approach which resulted in the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi and in dozens of violations monitored by the United Nations and human rights organizations.
