H.E. the Consul General of the State of Qatar in Hong Kong Mr. Mohammed Sultan Al-Kuwari has attended the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC), on the sidelines of the visit by a QFC delegation to the RISE 2019.

The MOU was signed by the Managing Director of Business Development of the QFC Authority H.E. Sheikha Alanoud Bint Hamad Al-Thani and the CEO of HKGCC Ms. Shirley Yuen, in the presence of the Consul General of the State of Qatar in Hong Kong, H.E. Mr Mohammed Sultan Al Kuwari, and members of HKGCC. The MOU aims to leverage the resources of the two sides in the strengthening of bilateral investment, in addition to the canvassing of business and investment opportunities for corporations and institutions in Qatar and Hong Kong.
