Consul General of the state of Qatar in Hong Kong, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Sultan Al-Kuwari has taken part in the flag presentation ceremony for the Hong Kong , China delegation to 1st ANOC World Beach Games .H.E. has along with the permanent secretary for Home Affairs Miss. Cherry TSE, presented the Hong Kong flag to Mr. Timothy Fok, the chief of the Sports Federation and the Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, Marking the participation of Hong Kong team in the beach games that will take place in Qatar between 12-16 October 2019.

The flag presentation ceremony was attended by a number of Hong Kong Key officials as well as Hong Kong elite athletes and the participating Olympic team.
