Hong Kong Observatory has issued Tropical Cyclone warning signal No.3 as the area is being affected by the Tropical Cyclone 'Wipha'. The Observatory considers issuing the warning Signal No.8 between 12:00 and 14:00pm. You are kindly advised to stay away from shoreline and low-lying areas, and not to engage in water sports.
