The paper pointed out that there are several models for that successful strategy, represented in the donors conference organized by the State of Qatar in April 2013, as the State of Qatar worked on a package of development programs, the most important of which is what is known as building service complexes or what is known as model villages established in fifteen locations in the five states of Darfur, to facilitate the voluntary return of displaced persons.

In conclusion, Al-Raya said that the State of Qatar was not far from the peace issue in Sudan, and throughout the current negotiations in Juba, contacts were made at high levels between HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs' Special Envoy for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani and peace partners in Sudan and with the Sudanese government, noting that Qatar proves to everyone that it is a peace-loving country and always seeks to solve crises through diplomatic means and political dialogue.

In turn, Al-Watan daily confirmed that the State of Qatar's participation yesterday in the final signing ceremony of the peace agreement between the transitional government of the Republic of Sudan and the Sudanese armed movement, which was held in the capital of South Sudan, Juba, came out of its great and constructive role, as it sponsored the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur, which brought together all stakeholders in May of 2011, between the government of Sudan and the armed movements, after a long period of negotiation with all parties related to the conflict in Darfur.

In that regard, the newspaper pointed out that HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, who was headed the delegation of the State of Qatar at the signing ceremony, affirmed that Qatar has always been ready to overcome obstacles and challenges, and in that it followed the strategy of looking ahead and continuing the path, instead of waiting or wasting time by stopping and turning back.

The newspaper considered that the next stage is the stage of building peace and implementing the protocols that have been agreed upon, which needs a similar effort to make peace, and needs to be done in the same spirit of brotherhood because the nation, Sudan will benefit from that, and good will prevail for its people and its neighbors.

In conclusion, Al-Watan said that Qatar has worked patiently, sincerely and wisely in order to reach peace, as it organized a donors conference in April 2013 to consolidate peace, reject war, and end the plight of refugees and displaced persons, so that they return to their country that awaits peace, development, reconstruction and prosperity.
