Commissioner of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong receives the Consul General of the State of Qatar

Mr. Liu Guangyuan, Commissioner of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Hong Kong Region who is responsible for international relations, and foreign missions in Hong Kong, received the Consul General of the State of Qatar Ali bin Saad Al-Hajri on the occasion of assuming his duties in the region. Mr. Liu handed over to His Excellency the Consul General a certificate of accreditation as Consul General of the State of Qatar in the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau of the People's Republic of China.
